Mission: To establish a permanent platform for multidisciplinary academic cooperation, initially between postgraduate researchers from Brazil (focusing on Porto Alegre/RS) and Greater China area (focusing on Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China), with the potential for expansion to other partners.
Vision: To be a reference in South-South strategic dialogue, producing critical and innovative knowledge that addresses global challenges from Brazilian and Chinese perspectives.
Objectives:
1. To promote academic mobility (virtual and physical) for researchers, faculty, and students to consolidate sustainable strategic partnerships between Brazil and China. To hold the annual Brazil/POA–China/Macau Multidisciplinary Forum in a hybrid format, serving as a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the renewal of the collaborative agenda. To regularly publish internationally co-authored books, dossiers, and scientific articles that materialize and disseminate the critical and innovative knowledge generated by the cooperation.
